Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and pencil-lead notes; black pepper spice, firm fine-grained tannins, savory gravelly minerality and a long focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled vats with malolactic fermentation; matured ~18 months in French oak barrels (c.75% new).
