Tasting Note
Concentrated Pauillac: blackcurrant, blackberry, graphite, cedar, tobacco and spice. Dense, full-bodied with layered dark fruit, chalky minerality and powerful, velvety tannins leading to a long, saline-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, game birds with juniper. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ beef, Sichuan pepper beef dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; vinified parcel- and variety-by-variety; aged 18 months in French oak (≈75% new).
