Tasting Note
Perfumed red fruits (strawberry, cherry, red currant) with rose petal, spice and subtle earthy/mineral notes. Silky, medium-bodied palate, well-integrated oak, fine tannins and a long perfumed finish.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification: hand-harvested Pinot Noir, fermented in stainless or wooden vats with partial destemming, aged 12–16 months in French oak barrels (approx. 30–50% new).
