Tasting Note
Ripe red and black cherry, plum, violet and rose with hints of cocoa, anise and loamy earth. Medium-full, concentrated, bright acidity, firm fine-grained tannins and a long, saline-tinged finish.

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; cold soak and ~18-day maceration with gentle punchdowns; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; élevage in French oak (high proportion new oak for grands crus) 12–18 months; minimal fining/filtering.
