Tasting Note
Black cherry and plum with violet florals, spice, forest-floor and subtle cedar. Medium-full palate with fine-grained tannins, saline minerality and a long, focused, slightly iron-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; destemmed, native-yeast fermentation in open vats with extended maceration; aged ~18 months in French oak (approx. 50–66% new).
