Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, dark plum, violet, truffle, cocoa and toasted oak; velvety texture, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a very long mineral finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef Wellington, duck à l'orange, mushroom risotto, aged comté or bleu cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), beef bulgogi, miso-eggplant, shiitake hot pot.
