Tasting Note
Deep cherry-red. Red and black cherry, wild berries, subtle truffle and forest-floor notes, fine spice, saline minerality, elegant, silky tannins and a long, tapering finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 100% destemmed; cold pre-fermentation 3–5 days; stainless-steel fermentation 18–20 days; aged 14 months in 50% new French oak.
