Tasting Note
Clear deep ruby. Fresh red and black fruits with licorice, citrus lift and floral violet/rose notes. Fine, delicate texture, sapid mineral core and elegant, refined finish.

Western: roast lamb, game (venison), duck confit, beef bourguignon. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso‑glazed dishes, mushroom hot pot, Korean BBQ (pork/beef).

Production Method
Hand-harvested; 100% destemmed; cold pre-fermentation 3–5 days; 18–20 day stainless-steel fermentation; aged 16 months in 50% new French oak; bottled by the domaine.
