Red and black cherry, violet and rose petal, forest-floor and spice with cocoa notes; silky texture, velvety tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fully destemmed; cold soak 3–5 days; ~18–20 day fermentation; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new); light filtration.
