Tasting Note
Perfumed blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with violet, graphite, tobacco and dark chocolate. Medium–full, lively acidity, polished powdery tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Optically sorted grapes; fermented in temperature-controlled vats and matured in French oak barrels (significant portion new) before blending and bottling.
