Tasting Note
Bright green-apple and citrus nose with white flowers, brioche and fresh-nut notes. Palate of pear, white peach and crisp citrus, fine mousse, balanced minerality and a delicate toasty finish.

Production Method
Multi-vintage assemblage from 100+ base wines with 20–30% reserve wines; traditional Champagne (méthode champenoise) secondary fermentation and lees ageing; dosage ~7 g/L.
