Tasting Note
Medium-bodied, perfumed blackcurrant and blackberry with dried herbs, cedar, tobacco and developing leather/earthy tertiary notes. Firm but refined tannins and a medium, savory finish.

Roast or grilled lamb, beef, and aged cheeses (Western); Korean BBQ, char siu/roast pork, Peking duck, beef stir-fries (Asian).
