Tasting Note
Powerful, concentrated reds: black and red berry, dark chocolate, spice, cedar and savoury meat notes. Dense, layered texture with firm dusty tannins and long, polished finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, lamb chops, braised short ribs, aged Manchego, beef bourguignon. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Szechuan beef, Peking duck, rich Japanese teriyaki, spicy Indian lamb curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, rigorous grape selection; small-batch fermentations; matured 18–24 months in French oak (new and used); limited-production bottlings.
