Tasting Note
A trio of ultra-premium Colchagua reds: Plush black/blue fruit, dark berry compote, spice, dark chocolate and tobacco; dense, velvety texture with ripe tannins and a long, savory finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese char siu, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki-glazed beef or pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, low-yield blocks; small-batch fermentations with extended maceration and ageing in French oak (extensive new-oak use on Purple Angel and Folly), limited-production bottlings.
