Tasting Note
Inky, concentrated Cabernet-led wine with blackcurrant, blackberry, dark chocolate, graphite and violet notes. Powerful, ripe tannins, saline minerality and intense spiced finish; built for long ageing.

Roast lamb, beef ribeye, braised short ribs, venison, aged hard cheeses; Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese red-cooked pork, beef rendang, mushroom hot pot.
Production Method
Parcel-by-parcel vinification; harvested 17 Sept–5 Oct 2018; temperature-controlled fermentation; élevage ~18 months in French oak (c.60% new).
