Tasting Note
Mature Hunter Valley Shiraz: dried plum, mulberry, leather, earthy spice and cedar; medium-bodied with integrated, fine-grained tannins and a savoury, peppered finish.

Production Method
Selected old-vine Shiraz, hand-harvested, destemmed with whole-berry soak; fermented traditionally and matured in French oak puncheons (new/seasoned).
