Tasting Note
Dense cassis and black cherry with notes of prune, cedar, toffee, leather and black truffle; firm, tightly knit tannins, tobacco and spice; very long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; traditional Bordeaux vinification with fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; blended and aged in French oak barrels (significant new oak) for ~18–20 months.
