Tasting Note
Opulent, full-bodied Pauillac character: dark cassis, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and cedar spice with firm yet ripe tannins and long, mineral-tinged finish. Each vintage shows power and concentration with evolving secondary notes of leather and espresso.

Food Pairing
Western: roast rack of lamb, ribeye, beef wellington, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese barbecued pork), Korean BBQ (galbi), braised beef with sichuan pepper.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted grapes; traditional fermentations with extended maceration; matured ~16–20 months in French oak (significant new oak in some years).
