Green apple, citrus and stone-fruit notes with toasted almond and flinty minerality; medium-bodied with fresh acidity and a savory, slightly creamy finish.

Western: oysters, scallops, roasted chicken with herb butter, creamy pasta with mushrooms. Asian: sushi/sashimi, miso‑glazed black cod, tempura, mild Thai or Vietnamese fish dishes.
Production Method
Pneumatic pressing, cuvée fermented in oak barrels with malolactic possible; aged 8–14 months partly in French oak (small % new), blended from multiple Côte de Beaune parcels.
