Tasting Note

Complex Grand Cru Pinot Noir mix: dark cherry, blackberry, forest floor, floral spice and toasted oak; fine satiny tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested grapes from seven Grand Cru plots; small-batch fermentations (partial whole-cluster used), élevage in a high proportion of new French oak barrels and bottled by hand.
