Tasting Note
Crushed cassis, blackberry and black cherry with violet, cedar, vanilla and baking spice. Plush, creamy mid‑palate with fine‑grained tannins, black tea, licorice and dark chocolate notes; long, mineral-tinged finish. Ageworthy and elegant.

Food Pairing
Western: roast ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, Sichuan beef, hearty Korean stews.

Production Method
Small-lot fermentations with ~19 days skin contact; aged 19.5 months in 100% new French oak. Traditional Bordeaux‑style vinification with careful extraction, blending and bottle maturation.
