Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry with floral violet, graphite, cedar, tobacco and spice. Silky entry, fine-grained firm tannins, savory herb undertones and mocha; long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs (galbi), braised beef with soy and star anise.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented with ~20 days skin contact; matured ~18 months in new French oak barriques; traditional Bordeaux-style blending and careful sorting.
