Tasting Note
Bright red and black fruit (currant, blackberry, plum) with violet and rose petal florals, spice, cocoa and subtle cedar. Silky, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), braised beef rendang, Chinese red-braised short ribs (hong shao rou).

Production Method
Estate-sourced Bordeaux blend; ~21 days skin contact, small-lot fermentations, aged ~18 months in new French oak. Harvest Sep 1–Oct 8, 2015.
