Tasting Note
Opaque garnet; ripe cassis, blackberry and black plum with fennel, licorice, dark chocolate, sandalwood and charred-meat notes. Full-bodied, velvety texture with chalky, refined tannins and a long, sweet-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye or tomahawk steak, roast lamb, mushroom risotto; Korean BBQ (bulgogi/grilled short ribs), Peking duck, char siu pork; aged cheddar or blue cheese.

Production Method
100% Cabernet Sauvignon; fermented and aged 13 months in French oak (58% new). Traditional vinification with oak maturation and bottling; approximately 6,000 cases produced.
