Tasting Note
Ripe cassis and sunburst raspberry with graphite, chaparral, red licorice and fresh fennel; mixed berry compote carries through to a puckering, tannic finish with lingering black tea and cocoa notes.

Roasted or grilled lamb chops, ribeye or hanger steak, beef short ribs, mushroom-truffle risotto; Korean BBQ (galbi), Sichuan beef, Cantonese roasted duck, char siu-style pork.

Production Method
Fermented and vinified as a Napa Cabernet; aged 12 months in French and American oak (33% new) with traditional cellar élevage and blending of multiple vineyard lots.
