Tasting Note
Opaque crimson; aromas of cassis, blackberry, coastal chaparral, cedar and allspice. Palate shows cassis, pluot, blueberry and fennel with a round mid‑palate, dusty, coating tannins and a finish of BBQ tri‑tip, Madagascar vanilla and toffee.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, BBQ tri‑tip, roasted lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, Peking duck, Szechuan beef or spicy miso glazed steak.

Production Method
Proprietary Bordeaux‑style blend sourced across Napa; fermented separately by variety and aged ~13 months in French oak (≈40% new). Includes a small portion of 2021 wine in the 2022 bottling.
