Tasting Note
Ripe black and red fruit (plum, cassis), spice, cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate; silky texture with polished tannins and a long, balsamic finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested from younger estate vineyards; variety/parcel vinified separately, stainless-steel fermentation, malolactic in barrel, aged ~12–15 months in French oak (c.25% new).
