Bright cherry and fresh forest berries with violet and rose-petal perfume. Blackberry, blueberry and wild cherry on the palate, lively acidity, fine-grained tannins, with mocha and black‑tea notes on a long, rounded finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb chops, roast beef, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ short ribs, char siu, Sichuan beef.
Production Method
Selected estate lots blended from five Bordeaux varieties; ~20 days skin contact and 18 months aging in new French oak. 2022 released as a single-vintage Overture.
