Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, plum and boysenberry with notes of saddle leather, forest floor, green peppercorn, licorice and nutmeg. Polished, velvety tannins, dense mid‑palate and a long, savory finish.

Grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or Cantonese roast pork, Sichuan beef, Peking duck.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, hand sorted and destemmed; fermented and aged by lot in nearly 100% new French (Taransaud) oak barrels for ~18–20 months; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
