Tasting Note
Leaps from the glass with grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach and honeysuckle. Creamy texture, bright racy acidity, saline-mineral backbone and a very long, concentrated finish with subtle oak spice.

Production Method
Blend fermented in stainless/concrete and 20% in concrete eggs; 16 months élevage in new French oak, foudres and concrete with lees aging and occasional bâtonnage.
