Tasting Note
Dried red cherry and mulberry, rose petal, cigar-box, leather, dark spice, cocoa and toasted hazelnut; fine-grained yet gripping tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; soft press, long maceration and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; aged in small oak barrels (min. 18 months) and extended bottle aging.
