Tasting Note
Opulent dark cassis, plum and blackberry with Chinese five-spice, cocoa, graphite and tobacco. Full-bodied, velvety yet powerful tannins and mineral lift; very long, layered finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged cheddar, beef short ribs. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Sichuan beef or hoisin-glazed dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested at night; small‑lot fermentation with careful extraction; aged in French oak (predominantly new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
