Concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry and plum with graphite, tobacco, cedar, dark chocolate and mint; plush texture, firm, mineral-gravel tannins and a long, vibrant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, small-lot fermentation of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (clone 4); aged ~20 months in 100% new French oak with careful extraction and minimal intervention.
