Tasting Note
Black cherry and cassis with graphite, espresso, dark chocolate, wild herbs and a saline mineral thread. Medium‑full palate with fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savory finish with tobacco and subtle floral lift.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; native-yeast fermentations with ~27-day maceration, pump-overs and délestage; barrel-aged in French oak (≈45% new); spontaneous malolactic in barrel.
