Tasting Note
Dense black-fruit core of blackberry, cassis and wild blueberry with dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, crushed-rock minerality and savory herbs; full-bodied with firm, ripe tannins and a very long, precise finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; cold soak and extended maceration; fermented in small closed-top tanks with native yeasts; spontaneous malolactic; aged ~18–20 months primarily in new French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
