Bright citrus and yellow orchard fruit with white flowers, crushed-rock minerality, toasted cashew and baking-spice oak; vivid acidity, medium‑full body and a long, saline, layered finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed, barrel‑fermented in French oak with indigenous yeasts; sur‑lie aging with bâtonnage and partial spontaneous malolactic; aged ~10–15 months in a portion of new oak.
