Honeysuckle, white peach, lemongrass and citrus backed by chalky/slate minerality and a saline finish. Racy acidity, creamy lees texture and precise, persistent length.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; primary fermentation in stainless steel, finished and aged on lees in French oak barrels (portion new) for about eight months.
