Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis and dark-berry core with mocha, dark chocolate, cedar, graphite and mint notes; warm spice and firm drying tannins, long cocoa-tinged finish.

Production Method
Fermented as 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and matured in American oak hogsheads (significant new oak component); typically c.14 months in new American oak before bottling.
