Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, cassis and mulberry with black plum, fig and licorice. Integrated sweet spice and toasted American oak, firm glossy tannins and rich, creamy texture leading to a long, powerful finish.

Food Pairing
Western: pepper-crusted ribeye, roast lamb, beef Wellington, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ short ribs (galbi), beef rendang, char siu or rich Sichuan-style beef dishes.

Production Method
Multi-region Cabernet Sauvignon blended; fermented and matured 16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads. Bottled under cork.
