Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and cassis with black olive, graphite, dark chocolate, sage and spice. Powerful, tightly structured palate with fine ripe tannins, ferric/mineral notes and a long cocoa-tinged finish.

Production Method
100% Cabernet sourced from multiple South Australian regions; fermented to dryness and matured 18 months in 100% new American oak before bottling for extended cellaring.
