Tasting Note

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, beef Wellington. Asian: Cantonese char siu, Korean galbi (BBQ short ribs), Sichuan-style beef, Peking duck.
Production Method
Sourced from premium Barossa and McLaren Vale parcels; 2017 is 100% Shiraz. Fermented and matured ~18 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads; traditional multi-vineyard blending and extended bottle maturation potential.
