Concentrated stone fruit and citrus (peach, pear, lemon) with toasted almond, brioche and subtle new oak; chalky mineral texture, bright acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested cool-climate Chardonnay parcels; barrel-fermented and matured eight months in French barriques (≈65% new) with lees contact and careful oak integration.
