Tasting Note
Pale, intense citrus and stone-fruit (lemon, grapefruit, nectarine) with green apple, flinty mineral and creamy lees; racy natural acidity, glossy texture and a very long saline finish.

Western: lobster/seafood with butter, roast chicken with creamy sauce, mushroom risotto, creamy pasta. Asian: seared scallops, miso‑glazed cod, sushi (salmon/tuna), tempura, Thai coconut soup (Tom Kha), Chinese roasted duck.
Production Method
Sourced from cool‑climate vineyards; fermented and matured eight months in French oak barriques (50% new) on yeast lees, then carefully blended across regions.
