Tasting Note
Delicate floral bouquet of white blossom and honeysuckle, orchard fruits (pear, green apple), brioche and light toasted almond. Crisp, fine mousse with a silky texture and a poised, lingering finish of citrus peel and subtle minerality.

Food Pairing
Aperitif; oysters, raw shellfish, sushi and sashimi, smoked salmon, soft cheeses, poached chicken in creamy sauce, tempura, dim sum, lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Traditional méthode champenoise with secondary fermentation in bottle. Non-vintage blend using reserve wines, aged in chalk cellars for ~3 years before disgorgement and light dosage for balance.

Maison Perrier-Jouët, founded 1811 in Épernay, famed for Art Nouveau heritage and vineyards in Grand Cru sites (Cramant, Avize). Produces circa 3M bottles annually under Pernod Ricard ownership.
