Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with cedar, graphite and violet notes; supple, layered palate with refined grainy tannins and long spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese roasted duck, Sichuan-style beef or mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Fermented in vats (25–29°C), aged ~18 months in French oak (≈80% new). Careful selection of parcels for the grand vin.
