Tasting Note
Pure Pauillac: blackcurrant and blackberry framed by violet, graphite, cedar and spice. Medium-to-full body, polished yet building tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish with floral lift.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, grilled beef, venison, aged hard cheeses; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese roasted beef, mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Parcel fermentation, malolactic conversion, aged ~18 months in French oak (≈60% new). Egg-white fining; biodynamic principles applied in the vineyard.
