Pure blackcurrant and blackberry core with violet, cedar, graphite, tobacco and mineral notes; refined, silky yet structured tannins and a long, saline-tinged finish. (Max 50 words)

Western: roast rack of lamb, beef ribeye, slow-roasted short rib, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu or braised beef with soy/ginger, beef rendang.

Production Method
Traditional vinification with careful maceration; aged ~18 months in French oak (c.60% new).
