Tasting Note
Red cherry, cranberry and pomegranate with floral, earthy and sliced-mushroom notes. Medium-bodied, bright acidity, sleek/taut tannins and a juicy, savory finish with hints of dried meat.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, duck breast, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken.

Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification of Pinot Noir; hand-harvested, fermented with minimal intervention and matured in older oak barrels (low new oak).

Family domaine Boisson–Vadot based in Meursault. Pierre (son) continues the family tradition, working older vines with traditional, low-intervention practices.
