Deep black-fruit core of cassis, blackberry and plum with graphite, violet, tobacco, hoisin and cedar. Full-bodied, dense and layered with ripe, grainy tannins, vivid freshness and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed and biodynamic; hand-harvested, gravity-fed vinification with fermentations in concrete/amphora and oak; ~16 months élevage (significant portion new French oak plus amphora and older barrels).
