Tasting Note
Pure blackcurrant and blueberry with raspberry and violet perfume, cedar, pencil-lead and tobacco. Fresh, mineral core, silky fine tannins, medium-full body and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic-certified viticulture; hand harvesting and partial hand-destemming with new sorting table (first used 2017); fermentation in vats with manual punchdowns; ~16 months ageing (~50% new oak, ~35% amphora, ~15% one-year oak).
